About Me

Like so many functional practitioners, I was called to this line of work through my own health struggles. What began with vague hormonal issues in my early teens quickly snowballed into ever worsening symptoms and a veritable smorgasbord of diagnoses: PCOS, Hashimoto’s, IBS, ulcerative colitis, endometriosis, and more.

I know what it’s like to fight for answers to debilitating symptoms, to go from doctor to doctor, only to leave with band-aid fixes and more questions than solutions. I know how tiring it is to try to figure it out on your own, to spend hours scouring the internet for more information, for a different diet, a different supplement, ANYTHING that might help. And I know how demoralizing  it can feel when that new diet or supplement fails and you feel like you’re right back where you started, AGAIN.

I’m here to tell you – you can have a different story.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a root-cause approach that focuses on addressing the foundations of health and giving the body the tools it needs to heal itself.

Most importantly, it respects bio-individuality, the idea that each body is unique and has unique nutritional requirements (so just because keto worked great for Bob, doesn’t mean it’s what works best for you). Personal differences in anatomy, metabolism, hormones, and the state of your gut can all influence your overall health and the foods that make you feel your best.

We’ll work together to determine what works best for YOUR body.
